Sutherland Plumbing replaced our instant hot unit at the kitchen sink.  They rebuilt a toilet that hasn’t been working right since we bought the house in 2012.  Sutherland Plumbing also re-centered & tightened various faucets, using silicon adhesive on some.  They also cleaned traps in the master shower wands.

Everything went really well.  All our plumbing is working like new, or better.  Ti Sutherland gave us the cost of the work up front.  He and his assistant worked for a good three hours and all plumbing issues were fully explained.

Sutherland Plumbing replaced my tub faucet cartridge, replaced all bathroom sink fixtures – sink, drain and pipe; they diagnosed my kitchen sink sprayer problem & recommended a replacement part which would be much less expensive for me to replace.

This is the second time I’ve had Sutherland Plumbing come to my house to make plumbing repairs.  I’m now even more impressed with Ti Sutherland and his assistant, Sean, with their professionalism, concern for my budget, and respect for my home.  I very much appreciate the cost estimate of repairs, quality of parts that are installed, and Sutherland’s preparedness to do the job.  Mr. Sutherland even called a week later to check on the functionality of the new plumbing parts and repairs.

I’m so grateful to find this top-notch plumber!  I would highly recommend him to anyone.  In fact, I have!  Thank you, Sutherland Plumbing!
