“Ti went above & beyond the call of duty to help us with our clogged toilet.

Ti was friendly, professional and trustworthy. I couldn’t meet him, so I texted him our garage code. He came in and fixed everything requested. Ti cleaned the toilet and all around it. Then he texted me photos of what he dealt with. AMAZING!”

“Sutherland Plumbing diagnosed & fixed a leaky copper pipe.

We had a leak in the ceiling with no indication where it was coming from.  After exploring all possible sources, Ti cut a small hole in the ceiling, then expanded it as little as possible as he identified the leak.  He cut it square to facilitate easier drywall repair.  Ti had all of the tools & parts needed and fixed the pipe cleanly and professionally.  Both he and his apprentice were professional, on-time, communicated well and cleaned-up their mess.  Ti also showed me how to fix a leaky faucet unrelated to the reason for the visit.  He also provided a recommendation for drywall repair.  Overall a great experience.  Would highly recommend!”
