My kitchen sink was clogged and wasn’t draining when I turned on my garbage disposal. Sutherland Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal & connecting kitchen sink pipe. 

It went better than expected. First, I chose Sutherland Plumbing based on the reviews. Ti contacted me the same day and was able to fit me in the following day. Not having my sink to use was a concern.

Ti contacted me before our scheduled appointment to let me know that he was 30 minutes away which was perfect because he was able to come early. He explained to me the issues with my disposal (which was on its last legs and had been clogging up once in a while) and the connecting pipe by pointing out the areas that were starting to leak. He replaced the disposal and discussed the benefits of the new disposal and ways to optimize it. Plus the new disposal is quiet and received good ratings from consumers.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the work. Moreover, Ti was honest with me about the price and options – which I greatly appreciated.  I’m happy to have a functioning disposal now and will call Sutherland Plumbing in the future.
