We’d initially scheduled a water heater replacement for our newly purchased home. Ti explained all of our options clearly, no pushy up-sell, just the facts. Considering the amount of damage a two dollar plumbing part can cause your home, is that really where you want to go cheap?

Late in the game I found a leaky washing machine tap and they were able to squeeze-in replacing that on the same service call. While the original estimate called for cutting drywall to replace the entire valve box, Ti found he was able to re-use the existing box, saving us over 300 dollars! They could have easily changed the box anyway and charged us accordingly and we’d have been none the wiser. That kind honesty is refreshing and can win you a customer for life.
