I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ti Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did!
Ti was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, and took the time to explain it again to my son. Sutherland Plumbing had to put a new line in and they had it finished within four hours!
Two weeks later, I had a major water issue at another home out of town and I called Ti once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone who goes out of their way to help, is straight-up, honest, kind, and with very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Today is no different from the past – businesses compete over price and sometimes price alone. One way businesses do this is to quote cheap prices over the phone or advertise low rates and then tell you what it’s really going to cost once they are in your home!
(aka: The “bait and switch!”)
The cheap rate over the phone is often half the truth. The low rate or quote “sight unseen” may not include or cover a variety of items that usually cost extra.
Sutherland Plumbing technicians will look at the issue, explain the process in detail and answer all of your questions prior to work commencing. This way you know what all of your options are and what costs those options carry before any work begins!

We had a water main break. Ti showed up the same day and got us up and running with a temporary hookup for water until we could have the main line replaced. All options were clearly presented (repair vs. replace) and all follow-up questions were answered promptly.
On the day of the repair, the team (which included the owner, Ti) was respectful and communicative. They offered to check-out our kitchen sink pressure while there and helped resolve our low water pressure. Many thanks to Ti, Courtney and the Sutherland team!

Fantastic overall service! Cameron was the best plumber we’ve ever had work in our home. He identified and explained the problem, then repaired the leak we have been battling for several months. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, ensured I understood, was extremely professional and was very careful in our home.
He deserves an A+ for his knowledge, great communication skills, terrific work ethic and professionalism.
