We had a water main break. Ti showed up the same day and got us up and running with a temporary hookup for water until we could have the main line replaced. All options were clearly presented (repair vs. replace) and all follow-up questions were answered promptly.
On the day of the repair, the team (which included the owner, Ti) was respectful and communicative. They offered to check-out our kitchen sink pressure while there and helped resolve our low water pressure. Many thanks to Ti, Courtney and the Sutherland team!

Fantastic overall service! Cameron was the best plumber we’ve ever had work in our home. He identified and explained the problem, then repaired the leak we have been battling for several months. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, ensured I understood, was extremely professional and was very careful in our home.
He deserves an A+ for his knowledge, great communication skills, terrific work ethic and professionalism.

“Sean and Nate arrived right on time this morning to completely replace our kitchen drain system. They wore protective masks and gloves the entire time from start to finish. Don’t be afraid to call them to do work, they will follow all of the proper COVID procedures.

I contacted several shops (6+) and was told over and over that my one year old industrial garbage disposal was unfix-able and would have to be replaced to the tune of hundreds of dollars. Well, fear not – Sean with Sutherland Plumbing came by and fixed it! A coin had fallen into it (who knows how?!) and he was able to get it out in less than 15 minutes!
Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else, call for your appointment NOW! I will be calling y’all any time I need a plumber in the future. A+ experience and a big thank you to Sean!

Working with Sutherland Plumbing was a wonderful customer service experience. Ti and his team were very professional, took time to explain the problem and recommended solutions & possible risks as the plumbing is VERY old. This upfront communication about what would be done and the costs involved was very transparent and led to no surprise outcomes. Within an hour the bathroom sink drain was running perfectly.
I am an older adult and in the high risk category for complications related to Coronavirus and when I asked Ti if they had protective equipment, he agreed that the team would wear masks while in the house.
Again, Sutherland Plumbing provided a superb in-home service and I would highly recommend them. I certainly will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.
